Provide administrative support to senior level executives(s) and/or department. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to anticipate the various needs of the office, work independently and with confidentiality and discretion. This position will be expected to interact with the Board Members directly and must possess the appropriate level of professional acumen. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented with a "can-do" attitude that will take ownership of the various projects/task given and will efficiently and effectively communicate with their direct supervisor(s). The ideal candidate will become an integral part of our team and should strive to become the "go-to" person for all matters related to their work.
The incumbent is responsible for business development and obtaining profitable deposit business within the Homeowners Association industry vertical market, including community association management companies serving homeowner, condominium, and cooperative associations, large-scale self-managed associations and related similar businesses. Cultivate relationships, provide superior bank image in the industry and expand relationships by cross selling appropriate Bank products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service through setup, implementation and training of new and existing clients on all selected products and services for the Homeowners Association industry vertical market. Provide a high level of responsiveness as the first point of contact to key principals of top-tier clients and as the first escalation contact point for representatives of our clients.
The SVP, Managing Director will be an integral senior contributor on the life sciences and/or technology venture banking originations team with key responsibilities including originating, structuring, negotiating and executing lending opportunities to early stage private and public companies in the healthcare industry. The SVP, Managing Director will be responsible to deliver on budgeted financial performance for deposits, loan commitments, loan outstandings and cross sales of related banking products and services, all while ensuring strong credit quality of the portfolio. The individual will have significant market visibility and will be expected to self-generate leads by calling on venture capital firms, venture backed life science and/or technology companies and other key contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem (CEOs, CFOs, Attorneys, Accountants, etc.). The SVP, Managing Director will be expected to identify, negotiate and present to senior credit committee all aspects of a lending opportunity with the ability to lead a new deal from origination to closing.
The Senior Vice President, Banker is primarily accountable for developing the most significant of new client relationships in a specified region or business vertical, but will also support existing client needs as appropriate. The SVP Banker will have the ability to sell all products offered by the Bank and know when to call upon their specialist support experts for added help. They will help with the training of staff and will work with the team to reach budgeted financial goals. The Banker will work to market the Bank and develop relationships with venture capital firms, venture backed technology or life science companies, and other key contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
