Are you currently enrolled in a college or University and looking for a Summer Internship opportunity? Banc of California has an exciting opportunity for a Summer Internship. This will be a full-time onsite temporary opportunity working Monday through Friday daylight hours. We are seeking college students with a major in Business or related field. This will be an 8-10 week paid summer internship program open to all undergraduate college students enrolled in an accredited college or university who are currently in their junior or senior year of school. This program is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and direct exposure to real world business challenges and solutions in the Financial Services Industry.
Responsible for supporting your assigned department by performing a variety of duties; including providing financial, administrative, and clerical services, as well as, providing support on departmental projects. Job Summary
Duties shall include, but not be limited to, sourcing opportunities, negotiating and issuing term sheets and assisting in the preparation of internal memoranda for deal approval. It will also be necessary to work with Underwriting to provide a clear understanding of the transaction structure as well as borrower expectations and business needs.
